With the love and support of friends, I started working on this idea of Macan Makan in late March 2023. Especially if you’ve been in my life recently, thank you.

Macan (pronounced “machan”) Makan translates to “[the] Eating Tiger” in Bahasa Indonesia. I’m not sure how to thematically tie the things on this menu or that I cook together yet, but thank you for being here. I really hope to share some of my food with you through this outlet.
