With the love and support of friends, I started working on this idea of Macan Makan in late March 2023. It’s a medium for me to do pop-ups, catering, custom deliveries, frozen, and fresh-cooked orders of namely dumplings, but also a variety of baked goods based on what’s in season and I’m interested in at the moment.
